The popular Korean beverage Dalgona Coffee is all over the Internet, so naturally we had to try it with our very own Heal High Protein Classic Coffee!
1 serving (38g) Heal High Protein Classic Coffee
2 tbs water, room temperature
1 cup milk
Using an electric whisk, mix Heal High Protein Classic Coffee and water for 3-5 minutes, or until the mixture is thick and dense. If you don’t have an electric whisk, you can whisk it by hand but it will take much longer, up to 10 minutes.
Fill up a glass with milk. You can use hot milk (heat up in a pan or microwave) or hot cold milk with ice. Spoon the coffee mixture on top of the milk and serve. Don’t forget to take a picture and tag us!
