Recipe: Coconut Cooler Bowl

An ice-cold smoothie bowl is perfect for hot days, especially when you want to spice up your usual smoothie or juice routines. It’s not hard to dress it up for an Instagrammable treat, so get creative and add any toppings you desire.


1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 large banana, frozen overnight
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup ice
3/4 cup full cream milk (or coconut milk)
1 sachet Heal High Protein Coconut Shake

For toppings: any fresh or dried fruits, granola, nuts or seeds of choice


  1. Mix the milk and Heal High Protein Coconut Shake in a shaker bottle until everything is mixed well.
  2. Add all the ingredients including the milk mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Give the blend a test and adjust to your taste – add Greek yoghurt if you prefer it thicker, and coconut milk for a thinner consistency. 
  3. Add any fruits or toppings you fancy!
