If you haven’t tried our high-protein overnight oats recipes, this would be the perfect one to do so as it’s the easiest and you’ll only need four ingredients – rolled oats, milk, yoghurt and our Coconut Shake powder. Give it a whip, keep it in the refrigerator and go to bed. Breakfast is ready!
Coconut Overnight Oats
• ½ cup oats
• ½ serving of Heal Coconut Shake
• ¼ cup milk
• ¼ cup greek yoghurt
Just mix them all in a jar/cup/bowl and leave it to refrigerate overnight.
